We don't have many rules. Children and pets are welcome, primary renters
must be 25+ years of age. We're located ½ block from Gulf of Mexico within walking distance
to Stewart Beach.
East-end convenience stores, dining and
recreational activities are located along Seawall Boulevard a short stroll from the cottage.

- Daily rental: Minumum daily rental must include 2 weekdays (Sunday -
Thursday) to obtain the rates listed below.
- Holidays and two-day weekend rentals are subject to a "short stay surcharge". Please
email for details.
- Non-refundable deposit required with reservation
- Security deposit waived if paying by credit card (security deposit varies)
- We accept Visa and Mastercard
- 15% Hotel Tax on Daily & Weekly Rentals
(no tax on monthly rentals)
